@LloydsBank Hi Michael, I think they had the wrong address, but this shouldn’t matter as I’ve signed up to paperless communications, but never received anything online. Were warnings over banks closers only sent via letter?

@LloydsBank I’ve had all my accounts close down after moving abroad. No warnings online or via email, letter apparently sent but address has changed. All my savings disappeared - devastated. On the phone for 3 hours, not resolved.

Also, mortgage payment failed and a fine received from another bank. All updates and messages are normally received via email, but nothing about my account closing , why?
