In 2023, The Fund invested UGX 199 billion in Airtel Uganda’s Initial Public Offer (IPO), acquiring over 4.21 billion shares and securing a 10.547% stake in the company, a stake we continue to hold today.

That investment has continued to deliver. Today, The Fund received a UGX 42.6 billion dividend cheque for the year ended December 2025, bringing total gross dividends earned since 2023 to UGX 82.3 billion.
