I aspire to be on a path to righteousness! I aspire to be awesome! I aspire to be closer to God! I aspire to graduate college! I aspire to be spiritually stable. I aspire to be mentally stable. I aspire to be physically stable. I aspire to be financially stable.
The 4th of July is over. Now it's time to buy school supplies, clothes, Halloween costumes, plan the Thanksgiving menu, and start Christmas shopping because it's basically 2027. Happy New Year. 😂😭😩
I don’t want my daughter to be like me. I want her to speak up sooner. Walk away faster. Trust herself deeper. Apologize less. Take up more space. Ask bigger questions. Dream louder. And if that means she becomes everything I wasnt… GOOD!
Lord, thank You for the gift of another week. Guide my thoughts, direct my decisions, & order my steps according to Your will. When I feel uncertain, remind me that You are leading me every step of the way. Fill me with wisdom, peace, courage, & unwavering faith.
Dear Lord,
Today, put a lid on tempers before they boil over, expose whoever’s smiling in my face and talking behind my back, give me the nerve to walk away from what’s not for me and the patience to sit tight on what is, and make sure nobody gets away with what they think I don’t see. In Jesus’ name.
Amen🙏🏽
Where God is taking you is going to require a different version of you a version with more discipline, stronger faith, sharper focus, and complete obedience to Him. Not every battle will deserve your attention, and not every opinion will deserve a response. As God starts opening doors, blessing your life, and making a way where there seemed to be none, not everyone will celebrate you. Some will question it, criticize it, or try to find something wrong with your success because they can’t explain God’s favor. Don’t let their negativity pull you out of your peace. Don’t argue. Don’t try to prove yourself. Don’t repay disrespect with disrespect. Keep your heart clean, stay humble, be kind even when others aren’t, and trust that God will defend you better than you ever could. The same obedience that brought you to the blessing is the obedience that will help you keep it.
