Proud to represent Clemson women's basketball player @miavmoore28 as she fights for eligibility. The NCAA denied her waiver based on a roughly 1-minute appearance made while recovering from a documented ulnar nerve injury, after she had told her trainer that she didn't feel ready to play.

We are preparing to seek a temporary restraining order and an injunction to get her back on the court this season. I'm working with @peplawchs as local counsel.
