New skarner is literally K'sante 2.0 on top lane.

- Lanes top by not giving you a way to interact
- Builds tank items so you cannot kill/dive him at all
- Has a spamable shield
- Can kidnap you (Multiple people even)
- Has basically no mana costs past tear (first recall)
- Has % health dmg so despite beign full tank still deals a lot
- Can escape any gank with 0 trouble
Amazing champ design, hope Phreak guts him out of top lane cuz at least k'sante in peak broken state required skill, spamming W on skarner and throwing kidney stones at people doesnt take any. Please.

@justinn2k @Sannyass1 @RiotPhroxzon she is played mid only bcs of the solo exp that makes her range higher much faster. she does the same in botlane as in solo lanes and the only difference is the exp. you nerf her and she wont be even playable in botlane
