This is a HUGE problem in our industry.
I don't think most people realize that for many aspects of the job, social media managers don't have any special back-end access to social media platforms.
We're mostly just using the same tools and features available to the average user.
Organic social content is not about hard selling, but it can serve as a place to casually convince people to buy, download, or click for more.
The part I see brands struggling with is navigating how to communicate with their audiences without looking like a car salesman.
@httpsean_ca I find that you have to know how to talk to it—but it almost makes it MORE time consuming.
GPT4 has been pretty good for me for blog posts specifically but not social.

A lot of times, your audience is going to say, "meh, that sounds great, but I'm good where I'm at."
Your job as a marketer is to paint the picture of what happens if they DON'T take action.
@jsstansel One thing I did this year was try to learn as much as I could about the other “branches” on the “tree” that is marketing.
I feel like I can do my job better than ever now. The difference is noticeable!
