Chamanapallygudem, an interior gond habitation in Kawal tiger reserve in Khanapur of Nirmal lacked safe drinking water since time immemorial.

They now have access to tapped water at their door step powered by solar power. All thanks to team Mission Bhagiratha 😀

We at Mission Bhagiratha have so far successfully planted 24195 high value, 61584 fruit bearing and a total of 177146 plants all together at our premises all over the state. 🌱

And we are very sure that this number will go up in the coming year or two.

Rivers Godavari and Krishna contribute nearly 60TMC of water to MB and the number is estimated to go up by 24 TMC by year 2048.

So if we are saving these rivers, we are doing only ourselves a favour. 😇
