@British_Airways @British_Airways still absolutely no update 5 days later and now the online reference number doesn’t work and the lost baggage department phone number cuts off. Safe to say we will never be flying BA again.

@British_Airways how do you run an airline business when you don’t put any of the passenger luggage on the plane? Happened to my Dad, husband and brother in law on their flight to Cologne from Heathrow at 09:05 on Friday 10/11 and still no update on where their stuff is!?

@British_Airways @British_Airways for anyone that’s watching this debacle unfold, they arrived back at Heathrow last night to find their bags, only to be told their baggage had been flown to Cologne on Friday evening but BA didnt bother to update the ticket or deliver it to the hotel as promised

@British_Airways @British_Airways So more than 72 hours have passed now and still no update. They’ve had to buy more cases to get the clothes they’ve bought out there home. Website says bags are usually returned within 72 hours. How long are we supposed to wait for an update…?

@British_Airways Also a reminder that this happened to a WHOLE FLIGHT. That many cases don’t just disappear into thin air. One case I can forgive, accidents happen, but an entire flight… seriously? Also they’re leaving tomorrow so where are you planning to send their luggage…?

@British_Airways @British_Airways okay but it’s been lost for three days and they’ve heard absolutely nothing… so where is it? They’ve had to spend hundreds of euros on new clothes and toiletries to see them through the long weekend and still have no idea if their stuff is coming back to them.

@FooFightersUK Added tickets to my basked about 15 times and every time it said there weren’t enough seats in the block for my allocation so had to keep refreshing. Spent 30 mins doing that and gave up. Gutted @gigsandtours

@bandq_help @BandQ The entire problem is that the account holder is the builder so it’s pointless. He won’t be arranging the delivery or collection of the kitchen to my house. We’ve been given a number to contact and it doesn’t work - I’ve raise both of these points as part of my complaint.
