### 6. Key (factual) conclusions
1. The KWH/VEST pair was created **without authorization** in Tinyman V2. The protocol does not require any authorization from the KWH creator.

2. The address listed as the pool creator (`XSKE...DEYM`) is the **official address of the Tinyman V2 application**, not a private wallet.

3. There is a clear and documented path on the blockchain from one of the major KWH holders (`MNKK...B5KE`) to an address designated as the “Vestige Manager Address,” which was funded by an official wallet of the Vestige **TEAM**.

4. Significant amounts of KWH were transferred from `MNKK...B5KE` to the Vestige Manager Address around July 28, 2026.

5. Public evidence has been found linking `peracard.algo` directly to the official Pera Wallet company and the Vestige team, in addition to its registration on the NFD and previous interactions.

- The designation of addresses (e.g., “Vestige Manager Address”) is managed by explorers and project teams and should be treated as strong, conclusive evidence of control.

**Technical Statement – KWH Energy Token - By Creator**

On July 28 at approximately 11:00 PM UTC, KWH Energy Token was subjected to a coordinated liquidity-drain attack executed through multiple parasitic meme trading pairs.

The attack pattern exhibits clear characteristics of automated bot activity:
- Dozens of sequential sell transactions of 1–2 KWH each
- Execution window measured in seconds
- Simultaneous or near-simultaneous drains across multiple low-liquidity meme pairs linked to the VEST ecosystem

Given the extremely thin liquidity pool (~$128) and the micro-cap size of the token, such precision and speed are inconsistent with manual human coordination. The observed behavior aligns with the use of multi-wallet batch-sell scripts or automated dumping bots designed to extract remaining liquidity in a single rapid sequence.

As a direct result of this automated parasitic attack and the repeated attempts to undermine the project, the creator has permanently discontinued all maintenance, development, and support for KWH Energy Token.
