I went to the passport office today. With proof of travel in less than 2 weeks, then they are going to finally process application and need to pick up in a week.

@PassportCan Mailed passport applications for me and 2 kids (Apr 2nd) from Ottawa. My passport arrived (May27th) but not my kids' pass (June 19th). Almost 3 months now. No answer from the passport office (mail, phone, or web). We travel in less than 2 weeks. What should I do?

@PassportCan Mailed 3 passport applications (mine+my 2 kids) on Apr2nd from Ottawa. Got mine on May27th but not my kids(June19th). We travel in less than 2 weeks. No answers from the passport office (phone, mail, or web). Can I go to any passport office just for pick up?
