@s_okonji The system as currently constituted is not sustainable and it does not incentivise performance and productivity amongst the States. The proposal is only trying to reposition the system as a true federalism by incentivising the States to work hard and benefit from their hard work

5) For corporate entities with multiple branches, the implemention will be based on the declared profit of each branch as against the use of corporate head office. Thus, it will be incumbent on State Government to provide an enabling environment for optimal Corporate performance.

1. I had 19751.59 balance as at yesterday afternoon.
2. My wife transferred 70000.00 to my account yesterday evening and my balance was 60951.59 as against an expected balance of 89751.59
