Despite a great website, the customer services experience of @vueling is utterly abysmal. When things go wrong it’s good to speak to an actual person rather than their automated services. Which don’t always work. Really disappointed with this airline! #annoyed

The @EasternAirways joke continues: cancelled flight on way out of @BELFASTCITY_AIR and now delayed on way home from @SOU_Airport with a request for 5 volunteers to give up their seats as they don’t have a plane big enough. Avoid this shambles of a company at all costs.

DO NOT BOOK with @EasternAirways - they run two flights from Belfast (AM & PM) but apparently it’s a common feature to cancel the early flight and bump everyone onto the late flight at short notice. No customer service locally. Late flight is no use when travelling for business

@bbcradioulster according to Mrs Bailey “farming emits the highest carbon in NI” - farming also manages the majority of grass land / hedgerows etc to offset against that carbon. Agriculture is also one of the biggest industries in NI, so it’s an unfair comparison to vilify farms
