it's crazy how superior whoop is despite all the flaws that made me leave in the first place, I can't believe I was ever fooled into buying an oura ring
@_IndeliblyMe@dropout yeah, but then the faq for "how do I keep my legacy pricing?" says "you cannot update your subscription information at all - including your payment option, so please be sure that your credit card / payment information is up to date and not in danger of expiring anytime soon!"
@dropout FAQ clarification: much as I love the bragging rights of being a "legacy legacy" subscriber, would I be switched into the new pricing when my credit card eventually expires?
@hankgreen myself included, I think many ppl turn to functional when "regular" docs fail to take them seriously or offer evidence-based suggestions (eg, increasing sodium for POTS management). I'd love a "standard" medical fix, but my experience has not been all bad either
@hankgreen Genuine q: Is "functional" = "non-evidence-based"?
Treating cancer with food aside... don't functional MDs also help chronic issues a primary won't touch because they're understudied or not easily treated, like POTS, chronic fatigue, etc. (Lyme?), using some evidence?
