To give credence to this tweet, I was an adult when I learnt that "wrist to elbow" is wrong and the correct one is "fingertips to elbow" so please dont think its funny to learn wudoo and solah properly as an adult. Wallahu Musta'an
When you’ve learned too much and now you have to: read every ingredient and choose products with fewer ingredients, research every product, stop wearing synthetic perfumes and deodorants, avoid seed oils, buy only cotton, silk, or linen, throw away your plastic bottles, plates, and cups, drink only boiled and filtered tap water, use baking soda to clean, and question everything.
We had to beg you people to lend your voices for the kidnapped children in Borno.
See how easy it was to make this topic of other people’s marital affair trend
Then tomorrow, it will be “nobody cares about the north”🙃

The love will tick all available boxes but na genotype go cut the ticket.
Love to all AS out there waiting to meet their perfect match in the midst of this uncertainty.
They kill children. They rape women. They behead teachers. They torture children.
They post themselves doing all of these things.
And yet you bastards are still on here talking about politics and the upcoming election like a game. As though it is a football match.

I know some of these things are inevitable but these are the things that spike the cortisol of the average Nigerian daily. Everyone is in survival mode, which is why most people are perceived as mad, some look older than their age and some are slowly sliding into depression. Cortisol is not really a bad guy, it helps us manage stress, but repeated spikes over time lead to poor mental health, impaired nervous system, health issues (if you’re wondering why almost every Nigerian has ulcer, maybe blame their cortisol spikes), hormonal health issues (PCOS is now very common), and almost every sickness can creep in from constantly being in fight or flight mode.
Who are the healthy ones among us? The ones who meditate, eat healthy, find genuine reasons to laugh, connect with nature, exercise, talk to a loved one, take walks, change their environment when they feel clogged, drink green tea daily, get enough sleep, limit screen time, set boundaries, and appreciate every little positive thing in life while refusing to dwell on the negative.
Most of these things are free. Slow down, make efforts to take care of your health so you can manage stress better.
Start regulating your cortisol today. Breathe!
