@SupportWakefit I purchased a chair which is defective and reached out to you over mail. Instead of a replacement I find myself shooting multiple videos of chair and doing fixes at my end.
You expect customers to fix defective chairs that you send? Not funny!!
Please refund my money if not able to solve the issue. I am trying to register complaint but not able to do so there is no option in app to communicate my problem and on call it just tells it will resolve in 4 hr

@JioCare Hi there is no complaint number because there is no way to raise a complaint. I have been following up on calls app and WhatsApp but it's just a notification and regret message that I get , no complaint number. Kindly raise one for me if there is a way. Stop giving excuse.
@JioCare No why should I bear with you , I have made the payment for bills and outage for 1 month is not acceptable. Please refund the bill amount for internet or provide extended validity.
