My best friend (who's not on X) and I got in to YC! He just completed his PhD in Material Science from Stanford, and I recently left my job at Luma Labs.
Our goal is to use AI to drive scientific progress in material science. Excited to share more as we build!
@gordic_aleksa I have like a v basic second hand radbikes which works well with hills! Although based on my research Aventon is probably a really good option (especially if you want smthn that works well as an ebike and as a reg bike)
hello feed! For my ML in Production course, we had to write an article about any MLOps tool we found interesting. I stumbled across @DVCorg 's MLEM which is a pretty cool way to deploy ML models. The article, https://t.co/60zRGmZnas would love to see what you guys think about it!
spent a few weeks of January learning NextJS - and tried applying my skills for a photography website! All of the pictures are directly fetched from Google Photos albums.

for those who check the website out - would you guys think a template repo would be helpful? I can set up a NextJS app where you just need to supply a photos album link and it can render the entire website as it is

2022 sucked till @TensorFlow sent me the best ever merch 🥺💖
#WIMLSymposium 2021 was really good and they sent over some free swag to commemorate the same! Can’t wait for the 2022 conference ✨
@sidv_22 definitely! the two types of people who come out of these exams are those who just care about the uni they go to and those who care about the degree. so many of the former end up struggling too much cause they ended up in a field they don’t care much for since it’s “lucrative”
idk if anyone has talked about this before, but doesn’t it feel like the whole placement process for software devs have become eerily similar to certain entrance exams for btech? (1/N)
@sidv_22 YES! I’ve been noticing this with some of my own juniors recently, back in my first year being in a community had so much more importance it was such a fascinating experience to be a part of, now the whole purpose of it has been boiled down to a certificate :/
