@ZiadElLabban @gulagthiswaayy In the past, once when I was having a discussion on this subject, I was told in all Sufi songs, "Ishq" word always refers to both. But this song has lyrics that cannot only be associated with divine love.

[Mehru @Eestheete]

@ZiadElLabban @gulagthiswaayy Well, yes, it could have both the meanings. In Urdu we call them Ishq e Haqeeqi (love for God) and Ishq e Mijazi (metaphorical love).

@ZiadElLabban @gulagthiswaayy So like two days ago, I came across this Sufi song on Twitter. It's a lovely song, but I'm not sure if listening to the lyrics is ok.

@ZiadElLabban @gulagthiswaayy I love Sufi music but I make sure I'm not listening to the wrong lyrics. Some of the lyrics confuse me. In Sufi music, the word "Ishq" refers to God's Ishq no? , well most of the time it does.

Ben Affleck reveals he writes Python, understands convolutional neural networks, worked extensively with GPUs, and used his celebrity status to get private looks at Google and OpenAI’s video models

“I’ve always been kind of into computers since I was young. Then, when film started to move from analog film to digital, I became more interested in that aspect of it. The visual-effects workflow for many years has included machine learning, so I can write pretty shitty Python scripts and stuff like that.

“With convolutional neural networks, which were the precursors to what the transformer can do, which is much more computation simultaneously, you would do things like look at what’s called a tensor. That’s the numerical translation of a visual image in numbers, like the batch number, the frame number and the red, green and blue values of each pixel in each frame. It’s just that simple. That numeric is called a tensor.

“You’d use a convolutional neural network to identify patterns that reveal what’s called edge detection or feature extraction, which is identifying patterns well enough to know, this is where the window ledge is, so we can more easily take the green-screen image out and replace it with something.

“That was familiar to me early on because, prior to Artists Equity, I had a small visual-effects company. I’ve worked with GPUs a lot too. The visual-effects guys said, ‘Hey, you should see. There are a couple: Google and this other company, OpenAI, are doing really interesting stuff with transformers in video.’

“I’ve learned that I can actually just call up and go, ‘Hey, it’s Ben Affleck. Can I come see what you’re doing?’ Sometimes people say yes, to my astonishment.”

@BajiPlease Lol, let's switch families. Mine likes to share even the tiny details, such as what their cats are wearing or eating, to the delicious food they as a family enjoyed last time.

Mai Apni Punjabi Overly Expressive Family Sey Boht Tang Hun.😂

[Mehru @Eestheete]

Ok, but it's the opposite with my family. When they get together, they will want to know each everything about me under the sun and will discuss it as if it's an obligation, even me being mature and wise.

Consequences of having to be born into a Punjabi family.🤣

Adulthood is realizing we don’t know our siblings anymore

Sure, we grew up under the same roof, shared everything as kids, but stopped as adults. This is not b/c we don’t trust eachother - we just go private, don’t want to burden & believe our problems are too personal to share

@Thecolistin Alright, but just out of curiosity, hasn't it recently been discovered and studied that chemotherapy has more negative effects than positive ones? Or, it varies from patient to patient?
