@frostwhistle Twanypelt was in my top 3 (WAS if this is real).
Crowfeather is probably my least favourite warriors character.
I am heartbroken. I am strong believer in both cats dying single, Twanypelt I don’t mind getting a new mate but Crowfeather should be focusing on himself.
@RobbieMelville3@RawbertBeef TBF the first movie did show Longclaw getting shot out of the sky with an arrow in the first 5 minutes. We see the arrow in her body.
The writers don’t seem to be afraid of tackling death but obviously seeing a bullet hit a live action child is a bit far and unnecessarily dark.
@RobbieMelville3@RawbertBeef I’m hoping going to be like Shadow the hedgehog where do we see it but it cuts to Shadow’s reaction before the shot actually happens and hear him call out to her.
Obviously they are not going to show a kid getting literally shot on screen in a children’s movie.
@Brackish_99@loomkitten They first appear in the 5th series, they’re super central to Squirrelflight’s hope and they’ve made appearances in all later series.
They’re nomadic tribe of large fluffy she-cats (kittypet origin not wildcats) that can communicate and summon ghosts. Their society is cool.
@twindrillscompy@rioblitzle YES!!
Heck, I find it so frustrating that Bramblestar never gets held to the same standards as other leaders, in the books when he does something unethical (biggest examples being splitting the skyclan kits up or his actions in Squirrelflight’s hope).
@rioblitzle This!!
He’s literally been leader of the most important clan for the last three arcs (counting the start of ASC) and a majority of the fandom discourse has either directly or loosely involved him (The three, ash/squilf, bad tom mates, tiger family, his bio kits and firestar).
@eviltweets725 Right now I think it would be Icestar. I really want to know why she was in the dark forest and more about her spiritual journey.
Although I do love mothwing (mostly for the whole being right about Starclan sucking thing), mothpool also helps too.
@shaarkbaait@eviltweets725 Actually can’t believe Ivypool said “My child is deader than yours Dovewing” and called her own nephew a “sickly kit that was going to die anyway” … and people actually got mad at Dovewing.
@shaarkbaait@eviltweets725 I mean when the Ivypool’s heart preview came out there was definitely a surge of Dovewing hate for a bit over that comparing kit death’s comment Ivypool made (despite Ivypool being written to be as mean as possible on purpose so she can grow).
@vinxtry (I think the canon answer is probably that Starclan are assholes who need bad stuff to happen to keep the warriors engaged with the whole relying on them thing lol)
@vinxtry I know this definitely isn’t the canon answer but what if one of Mapleshade’s kits were going to be corrupted by Maple and Starclan wanted to separate them?
Very interesting seeing as Tigerkit had a similar warning about him needing to die and he spent a lot of time with her.
@Maplexter@Miss_Dako Bluestar seems to know and feels guilt about it. When she’s in a bad place she blames Starclan but that’s very different than blaming a single cat.
At one point Mapleshade shifts blame to… Reedshine??? (how girlie?) Before again shifting blame to Appledusk when he protects her.
@Maplexter@Miss_Dako I think one of the biggest factors in blaming Mapleshade more is that Maple blames other cats and uses it to justify murder.
Bluestar messed up and not telling thrustpelt was messed up but she also didn’t use mosskit’s death to blame others and justify terrible things.
@sugarrmoone@Miss_Dako I mean Mapleshade definitely is a bad person (before exile imo but undeniably post exile) but if choosing to cross the river in a panic was all she did I don’t think she would be.
