The death penalty is inadmissible because it is an attack on the inviolability and dignity of the person. The common good can be safeguarded and the requirements of justice can be met without recourse to capital punishment: effective systems of detention have been developed that protect citizens while at the same time do not completely deprive those who are guilty of the possibility of redemption. #NoDeathPenalty
@uzizushs I believe that death penalties should be the choice of either the families effected or by the general public, and innocuous things shouldn't be included, it should only be for those who commit murder, rape, anything against children, or genocide
@uzizushs If we remove confessions so there is no chance of false ones due to the stress then and simply go for if there is proof like video evidence, or people who gleefully admit to killing somebody, then they should still keep the death penalty as it is what is right for the victims.
@uzizushs then they should make it so that those who have admitted to the crimes or those who have evidence against them are the only ones who can face the death penalty
