it’s so hard when they say not to restrict cause of cortisol. I guesstimate so much the calories I’m eating. I over estimate it on purpose by habit so I don’t overeat. Man, pmos/pcos is so difficult
being a hypochondriac with orthorexia drives me nuts. I’m always in the middle of choosing wanting to be super duper healthy so I don’t damage my stomach or under eating
I lift weights + 10k steps+calorie deficit, and I started going to dance classes again. I’ve also been making it a point to eat food only I cooked myself cause I can see and control what I’m eating. Lord, I’m gonna give this 3 months and hope it actually helps.
curious if anyone else on #edrtwt has pcos/pmos? if so how do you manage it with an ed? wl is difficult for me due to hormones and fat storage but i need this fat to budge and get the fuck off my body ><
@faekca oh man :< i keep losing and gaining the same. I just remain in that range I’m always in but never more or less than that. It is frustrating. I hope we find a way navigate this and still lose weight ;-; I hope getting my hormone panel and labs done will help
even tho I have pmos/pcos, my type doesn’t gain weight but I also don’t lose weight even when I get 10k steps, exercise + calorie deficit.
Anyone have any success losing weight despite pcos/pmos? my doc told me I have ‘lean type’ which I don’t really know what to do with
