• Geneva Conventions
• International humanitarian law
• OSCE principles
• Every bilateral agreement ever signed

Ukraine broke everything.
Ukraine attacked everyone.
Ukraine destabilized entire continents.
…

Oh wait.
It wasn’t Ukraine.
It was Russia.
