Netanyahu started this war by attacking Iran.
He assassinated Ali Shamkhani, Iran’s lead nuclear negotiator, deliberately sabotaging US-Iran nuclear negotiations.
The US must not be dragged into another illegal Netanyahu war – either militarily or financially.
@umitozdag Berlin’de de toplanalım burada da Ümit Özdağı destekleyen Zafer partisini meclise sokmak isteyen, doğu batı kuzey güney bütün Türkiye cumhuriyeti vatandaşlarının eşit şartlarda yaşaması gerektiğini destekleyenler var!

On Statements by U.S. President Trump and Some Other Western Countries Regarding the 1915 Events
With his statement released today (24 April 2025), U.S. President Trump reiterated the allegations regarding the 1915 events previously stated by his predecessors, while refraining from using the terminology employed by President Biden. Although this matter is noteworthy, it is clear that the general policy outlines towards the 1915-events period are maintained. Therefore, President Trump continued sharing the distortion and falsification of history. Similar statements were also released by some other Western countries, including Canada.
Never having any shameful or dark pages in our past, we reject such baseless allegations targeting the Turkish nation and its history. These allegations have no legal or historical basis and were put forward entirely because of the domestic-policy and propaganda concerns of the United States and similar countries, under the guidance of “genocide lobbies.” As in the past, we will resolutely follow this stance today and in the future.
As the successor state to the Ottoman Empire, Turkey has taken various steps and developed proposals to reveal all aspects of this tragic period of the 19th and early 20th centuries—years marked by provocative, encouraging and destructive imperialist policies that intensified primarily against our country—and to discuss these events bravely, openly and sincerely. First and foremost, all those who lost their lives during this period of history were our own citizens, regardless of their beliefs or ethnic identities, and we remember them all with respect.
While third countries essentially have nothing to say about this matter, any contribution they may consider making must aim at objectivity, avoidance of provocation, and support not only for the future of our country’s bilateral relations with Armenia but also for regional and global peace, tranquillity and stability.
As the real nature of the 1915 events and the responsibility of the forces behind them have recently started to be discussed and questioned even in Armenia itself—and as the “recognition” of the events at the international level has been removed from Armenia’s foreign-policy priorities—the provocative statements coming from the United States and some other circles constitute an exemplary and genuine contradiction. Such provocative approaches by these third parties reinforce our conviction that their real motives are not peace, tranquillity and stability on a bilateral or regional scale.
Heeding Turkey’s hitherto unanswered calls to reveal the full facts of the 1915 period—including the provocative roles of external actors and their destructive support for terrorist groups during that period—and to resolve permanently the problems between Turkey and Armenia, and likewise between Azerbaijan and Armenia, with an understanding that embraces the future on the basis of good-neighbourliness, would be a valuable start for bilateral and regional peace, prosperity and tranquillity in our region.
On this occasion, we note with concern that the government of our country, which stated that all necessary steps would be taken in response to former U.S. President Biden’s and others’ accusations of “genocide” against Turkey on 24 April 2021, has failed to pursue an effective policy on this issue; indeed, after the aforementioned statement, various regulations supporting Armenian theses were adopted in some states of the United States. We remind our government of its responsibilities and commitments. Our nation would like to know what counter-steps Turkey has taken since 24 April 2021. Silence and lack of response by our government encourage the current policies of Armenian circles and their supporters against our country, as well as prompting them to take new destructive steps.
The Turkish nation stands before history with an open and clear record, and there is nothing from the past to the present that it hides, covers up or cannot account for. In fact, those who really need to come to terms with their past are the ones who direct such accusations against Turkish history and the Turkish nation. These forces will in no way be able to escape being held accountable before humanity one day.
With this understanding, we once again declare to the whole world that we reject the 24 April statements of U.S. President Trump, all his predecessors and other Western circles, and reiterate our pledge that the memory of the dear members of the Turkish nation massacred by Armenian gangs supported by invading forces will never be forgotten.
