Former Senator Antonio Trillanes IV said the International Criminal Court (ICC) arrest warrant for Sen. Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa was not immediately served because the latter went into hiding.

"Nung time na 'yun, sa sobrang takot nung mama, nagtago siya eh. Ngayon nagmatapang siya kasi walang public warrant daw sabi nung ICC. Walang public warrant pero may sealed warrant," said Trillanes.
