@egi_nupe Well it depends. In terms of shop spaces for commercial activities, most people pay more for ground floor shops due to ease of access to customers. Whereas, for residential, it’s the opposite due to perceived security and privacy. It all comes down to supply & demand.

Some 2010 vehicles are still 200k plus kilometers. Regardless of how spotless the service history, it’s still too much.
