@mibmv been on the call trying to connect with a customer service rep for over 20 minutes. After being in queue and it reaches 1, it takes you back to the main menu and starts again.
My 15 year old nephew was also kicked out of the bus, when he got on to go to tuition. He missed tuition that day. Who takes responsibility and accountability for these injustices? Some people who work on the buses are super rude and inconsiderate.
My uncle who is physically disabled and who used to travel on @MTCCPlc run buses all these days was today kicked out of the bus and asked to pay and as he doesn’t carry his cashcard with him for safety he couldn’t even pay. He is physically challenged. Shame on you! Apologize now
I also particularly hate the discrimination towards migrant workers from South Asian countries (ofc if you are white, you are above everyone else), where they are not let on the buses before Maldivians. Is this the official policy of @MTCCPlc ?
