Marissa's story is a powerful reminder of how collective strength in organising #DomesticWorkers can transform lives.

After escaping an abusive employer, she turned to @unitetheunion, asking, "Can a union help me?"

Now, Unite created an entire branch for domestic workers, giving them a voice and collective power. What a win!

After escaping an abusive employer, Marissa set up @thevoiceofdws, a support network and campaign organisation to support domestic workers across the UK.

Now, in a historic move, they have formed a Domestic Workers Branch in our union 👏
