Project managers don't understand AI.
So I made a guide.
The same info I use to save 10 hours per week (and impress my manager).

Your LinkedIn is more than an online resume; it’s often a first impression.
Write a headline formula like:
“[Role] + [Specialty/Value] + [Outcome/Benefit]”.
For example:
“Project Manager | Agile Delivery Expert | Driving On-Time Launches.”
Find colleagues to discuss:
1- Goals & priorities
2- The cutting edge of the field
3- The tough emotions
4- Investing in your career
5- Personal financial management
* some of these may feel uncomfortable. Only share what feels right.
You don’t earn trust by being right.
You earn it by being consistent.
Your team need to be able to rely on you to control your emotional reactions and logical approach to problem solving.
Had three back-to-back meetings today that could’ve been emails.
I’m learning that most “alignment” is just people wanting to be heard.
The more I listen early, the less I need to talk later.
You build resilience every time you show up despite the doubt.
You're proving to yourself that you can act with purpose even when you don't feel confident.
That's a strength that will serve you for life.
Your impostor syndrome gives you a shared experience with almost every high performer you'll ever meet.
There is almost no star who has not felt the gut wrenching pain of worrying whether they are good enough.
But you just need to keep going.
