@Debenhams not impressed with your exchange policy. We’ve been bought clothing gifts for our 2 month old and want to swap them for a bigger size but didn’t have receipts. Been told we can’t do anything. You should take a leaf out of @marksandspencer book! 😡

@TPEassist why oh why do you keep cancelling services that go once an hour?! My husband was supposed to get the cancelled 20.58 from Manc picc to Marsden and now he won’t be gone til after 10.30. After being at home with my tiny baby all day we really needed his dad home soon

@TPEassist tonight’s journey was a good one, rammed 17.30 from Manchester picc to Marsden, then told train wouldn’t stop at Marsden as the platfirm@lights were broken, told to go to hudds then back again. Absolutely ridiculous 😡

@TPEassist It’s so frustrating going through the station you need, not being able to get off, then sitting on that sand train in hudds station for 30 minutes to back the way you came. A previous late train from London led to missing the 19.17 by 1 minute too. It’s so rubbish

@TPExpressTrains why on earth did you not stop at loads of stations on the delayed 20.17 from Manc pic to Huddersfield?The train is now sat in hudds to go back the way it came to stop at the stations you missed out.I’m at home with a tiny baby and need my husband back an hour ago
