Always talking about funerals
Guiding families who've lost someone significant through all of life's memorial moments at Afterword. Previously at @Shopify.
What we've learned is simple: across all ages, races, genders, sexual orientations, languages, countries, and spiritualities, we all want to celebrate our loved ones together. We all want to find meaning in their lives. We all want to tell their stories.
@_LindsayCraig I mean are we comparing to Ottawa? Test New York next! It may not have the ocean breeze but the sun is out and the gluten free treats are endless

It feels like I blinked and we built an entire platform (and booth) since April. I'm a week late for Canadian Thanksgiving, but I'm super thankful for the superstar that is @zackmoy
It's fascinating to me that people think you get over grief with time. Imagine something good happening and not being able to call the one person you want to. Every happy moment is pared with immense sadness. Forever.
