Beware @plutus they randomly resubscribed me without my permission, stole money from my account and have ignored all correspondence since. My bank had to refund the money, but plutus have still not responded or deleted my card details. #plutus #scammers

@WhirlpoolUK your customer service is atrocious!! Waitimging for 3 hours with my 4 year old for an engineer. For him not to arrive and pretend he knocked. Now apparently have to wait another week for an engineer!!!
