@Rb__sa the charges are listed as ‘#Excess Item Fee 2’ keep recurring without explanation. I was at the branch today and it was escalated, yet head office responded incorrectly about debit orders instead of the actual charges. This incompetence is unacceptable. I expect an urgent fix.
