@RoyalCaribbean I prepaid gratuities on my first ever cruise, and on day one I felt that half the staff we interacted with today brought up adding a gratuity. Is this in your training manual? Also, a third party baggage person at the cruise terminal demanded a tip to ensure our luggage got to the ship safely. Appalled. I prepaid thinking I could control a budget.
