His father and grandfather were the only boys in their families and we don’t know much about his great grandfather so it is only *possible* that we are related going that far back but we have no reason to think we are. It’s just possible.

@shaynamalka I am a little shook. I grew up around the corner from her and her family. Same shul. Same community. Tragically she lost a younger brother to a traffic accident on Purim 25-30 years ago.😢

@Doc_RPS You’re describing many of my personal feelings in this thread. In particular, in my view struggling with these questions is peak religion; ignoring them is “am haratzus.” In other words not only do I *want* to engage these issues, I feel we as a people *must* engage them.
