The restaurant staff seemed to the be only ones who cared and housekeeping kept knocking on my door even with the do not disturb sign. Just an overall unpleasant experience because of the staff

@RedLionHotels for the two nights that the rooms were booked for although the hotel is not full and the guests canceled the day prior. The sales manager was very rude and non empathetic. Here is the sad part, the hotel is nice and our goal was to have more events here.

@RedLionHotels My friend booked an event at Red Lion in Kissimmee FL and reserved 10 hotel rooms, the conference meeting space and catering services. 5 people due to weather could not make it as they were traveling by car together. My friend was told she had to pay almost $1000

When I said I will be contacting the corporate office, she shrugged her shoulders and said "so". This is a store that we pushed to come in our community. If employees don't want to work they shouldn't be there. This was the worst customer service experience ever.

When I stated that the sign says 10pm and I have at least 5 more minutes, just need to grab one thing, she said: "no" while she continued to shake her head. There was a young man with a blue shirt on that was in the store walking around & after 2 minutes (9:56pm)she rung him up
