@zacharywefel Fair enough. I happen to agree w her and I also think she does a fantastic job of representing her constituents (who by and large agree).
@dellmonitorslol@nickhaltermpls Not so much unpopular as uninformed. Most large dogs need less exercise than smaller ones… big dogs make great city dogs.
@natehoodstp Also I wouldn’t be surprised if this project still happens, either because it’s successfully appealed, or because they rearrange the parking.
@BrianaRoseLee@HorrorGorl Spelling is important (this is an issue of spelling, not grammar but the point stand and the g word gets tossed around for all kinds of things).
@JayMaynard@NorthStarFlagMN I guess I consider contemporary commentary on what the seal meant more important than an interpretation/justification more than a century later, but your mileage may vary. I also think ithe new flag is more aesthetically pleasing and more representative of Minnesota than the old.
@davidhenkes So you think that servers should make no more than the federal minimum wage? Yikes. Second, tip credits incentivize employers to commit wage theft, which is already rampant in the restaurant industry.
@JayMaynard@NorthStarFlagMN Also could you explain how the adoption of the old flag didn’t constitute shoving it down our throats but the new one was? Both were done by the duly elected legislature of the state I believe?
