@Xtopherewesi Rai had natural 400m talent but hasn't trained for the 400 flat to be effective if he's pressed by a 400m guy. Might be why he's supposed to do more 400 flats this year. Nene has to gap him earlier so Coleen isn't comfortable to then use that 9.89 speed down the home stretch
