Pria Di Pulau Taliabu Tewas Diserang Ular Piton 7 Meter ‼

Seorang pria berinisial Lifas (39), warga Desa Padang, Kecamatan Taliabu Timur, Kabupaten Pulau Taliabu, Maluku Utara, meninggal dunia setelah diserang ular piton sepanjang sekitar tujuh meter saat menuju kebun pada Selasa (23/6).

Korban diduga digigit di bagian kaki sebelum dililit hingga tidak berdaya.

Kapolsek Taliabu Timur IPDA Imran Husaleka mengatakan korban ditemukan oleh seorang warga sekitar pukul 09.00 WIT dalam kondisi masih terlilit ular.

Warga bersama petugas keamanan PT BMI kemudian membunuh ular tersebut dan mengevakuasi korban menggunakan ambulans.

Namun, korban dinyatakan meninggal dunia. Peristiwa ini menjadi kasus kedua korban jiwa akibat serangan ular di wilayah Pulau Taliabu sepanjang Juni 2026.

Polisi mengimbau masyarakat agar lebih waspada saat beraktivitas di kawasan kebun dan hutan yang merupakan habitat satwa liar.
