An important study that deserves to be shared as widely as possible within the English-speaking world.
Last night, our friends at the *Militarnyi* portal published an English-language article containing a technical analysis of the onboard computer from a Russian jet-powered drone—the "Geran-4."
Of the 105 components identified, 80 come from American companies; Texas Instruments alone (including components from National Semiconductor, which was acquired by TI in 2011) accounts for 58.1% of the total.
In short: this points to a systemic reliance on Western electronics in this Russian attack drone.
For this reason, we have created a separate English-language "quote tweet" with commentary, in which we have tagged @TXInstruments directly.
We would appreciate it if you could share this post. 😉
Please tag journalists, American politicians, experts, and organizations involved in sanctions and export controls in the comments.
Our experience in disseminating such investigations shows that it is crucial to bring these findings to light beyond the Ukrainian "information bubble." They need to be seen by the manufacturers themselves, as well as by journalists, analysts, sanctions experts, American policymakers, and export control specialists.
Regardless of the current policy of the White House, the United States is much more than just a single administration or a single president. They include Congress, the media, industry experts, manufacturers, and government institutions—all of whom can raise the question of how American electronics end up in Russian attack drones on such a large scale. Therefore, such revelations must continue.

@jimstewartson Putin trying to get the most out of his asset. Whatever he has must be something given how his base has been good with everything so far. It matters more what trump thinks than his followers but it must be bad. Saw one person say 13 boy instead of 13 girl and I'm thinking yeah.
This man under attack for almost 5 years has more grace and understanding of America than the current occupant of the White House has ever had at any point in his life.
We always assumed Putin had video proof of Donald Trump fucking a 13 year old girl, but now I’m thinking he has video proof of Trump fucking a 13 year old boy.
"80% want substantial change". This is where Dems are going to fail as they always have. They are either bought or too timid. If they keep failing then they are aiding the slide towards authoritarianism because that requires apathy which failure will bring.
This is a picture of a man who is owned. His behavior recently In regards to Ukraine is bizarre and just another sign he's been compromised. I have no sympathy for trump and this 'feeling' isn't based on just this one incident. The blackmail meme is not new but it feels more real
I might be seeing what I want to see but over the past couple of weeks I've noticed trump doing things that make me think he is, in fact, being blackmailed. He's showing signs of rebelling, He's sick of the people who support him no matter what he does to their country.
People will look at this as just dementia wandering off but it also could be a person subconsciously not wanting to go back to what he knows is just more humiliation because he's trapped. Being out of control is literally the worst thing that could happen to his psychology.
