@MAS has cancelled our flights and they dont want to give us a refund!

@MAS They said that you should approve this refund and we are trying contact you and everybody that answer us to the telephone says that they can’t check our flights, so is that a good customer Service?

@MAS You can check our spanish law: Reglamento (CE) n 261/ 2004. You are responsible of the cancellation
