En 2025, vous avez sûrement accompli beaucoup de choses professionnellement.

Mais est-ce que vous avez accompli quelque chose pour vous-même ?

Pour votre santé.
Pour votre corps.
Pour votre énergie.

Moi oui.

En 2025, j’ai perdu 20 kg (≈ 44 lb).

Pas avec une méthode miracle.
Pas avec un coach Instagram.
Pas avec une transformation spectaculaire du jour au lendemain.

Juste avec des décisions simples.
Répétées.
Sans excuses.

1. Le sport, tous les jours.
Même quand je n’avais pas envie.
Même quand la motivation n’était pas là.
La discipline a fait le travail à la place de la motivation.

2. J’ai arrêté de manger par automatisme.
Qui a décidé qu’il fallait absolument 3 repas par jour ?
Plus pour moi.
Parfois 2 repas.
Parfois 1 et demi.
J’ai appris à écouter mon corps, pas l’horloge.

3. Zéro complexité côté sport.
Un seul outil : le tapis roulant.
Toujours le même.
La simplicité bat la sophistication sur la durée.

Ce que cette perte de poids m’a appris, ce n’est pas juste à “être en forme”.

C’est que :
- La constance (volume) bat l’intensité
- La simplicité bat les méthodes compliquées
- et surtout… personne ne viendra le faire à ta place

On parle beaucoup de performance, de succès, de projets, de chiffres.

Mais ton corps,
C’est le seul système que tu ne peux pas remplacer.

Alors oui, en 2025, j’ai construit des choses.
Mais cette victoire-là.
Elle est pour moi.

Et honnêtement ?
C’est peut-être la plus importante.

Je vous souhaite d'accomplir beaucoup de choses pour vous.
