A colleague of my#one is getting frustrated with your bank 🏦 and May proceed to press charges . He transferred the sum of N117,000 to an eco bank account since July 27th 2023 till date funds didn’t appear in the recipient’s account neither did he get a RSVL

@TheHildaBaci @StanbicIBTC I have tried to be patient with you guys . For over 1month I transferred N6000 to ale a payment and the person didn’t get it . I even came to your bank and they said I was to get a reversal in 48hrs I wait this is a week now still no reversal .
Now N5100 issue 2day
