oh so NOW y’all think online activism by disability activists is powerful? when you want to blame disabled women of color for the democrats’ failures?
y’all are always saying disabled people are politically useless, so which is it?

[Bug Boy @eggboybee]

@T_FisherKing @DeandaSharone @Olas_Truth @TonyFis98689085 @Tinu If disabled people could convince key voters to sit out of an election, why are we still begging you to wear masks at grocery stores?

If your argument is that people are too critical of your candidate's record, maybe your candidate should speak on it, instead of ignoring it.

[Bug Boy @eggboybee]

@T_FisherKing @DeandaSharone @Olas_Truth @TonyFis98689085 The oped was about Joe Biden's failures to protect disabled Americans. It quoted @Tinu correctly predicting her own death by Covid due to Biden removing mask mandates in healthcare facilities.

I'm sorry if our refusal to die silently is politically inconvenient for you.

[Bug Boy @eggboybee]

@libby_bliss @tatertotsconor Bro they're a zionist and called me gullible,,, I guess it really takes one to know one lmao 😂 How many times do you think they fell for "Hamas was under this hospital too!"

[Bug Boy @eggboybee]

@DeandaSharone @FearInherent @Olas_Truth @TonyFis98689085 @T_FisherKing I'm not trying to silence you, I never even said be quiet - saying I am is a pretty bold claim from someone arguing that activism and journalism are politically inconvenient.

Harris lost because of her campaign, not because of an oped about Biden. Get real.

[Bug Boy @eggboybee]

@tatertotsconor How many voters do you think were onboard with Harris' commitment to Israel and vowing to increase military spending, but drew the line because of one oped about Biden?

[Bug Boy @eggboybee]

I wanna meet this Goldilocks voter who was fine with Harris funding a genocide and pledging her allegiance to the Military Industrial Complex, but drew the line because of a months old oped about Biden.

[Bug Boy @eggboybee]

@FearInherent @DeandaSharone @Olas_Truth @TonyFis98689085 @T_FisherKing The oped is from January. Harris didn't have a policy page on her website until September.

If Alice's oped REALLY swayed that many people, she had plenty of time to win voters back. She didn't. That's not Alice's fault.

[Bug Boy @eggboybee]

@DeandaSharone @Olas_Truth @TonyFis98689085 @T_FisherKing That said, which do you think turned off more voters, one anti-Biden op-ed from Jan 24 (before primaries!), or Harris vowing to fund genocide and give the US a lethal fighting force?

The point of a presidential campaign is to EARN the votes. She didn't - THAT'S why she lost.

[Bug Boy @eggboybee]

@DeandaSharone @Olas_Truth @TonyFis98689085 @T_FisherKing I read all those tweets, you don't have to keep posting screenshots.

I noticed you didn't include alt text, but that's not surprising, considering you're upset that a disability activist did disability activism rather than rolling over and being grateful for poisoned crumbs.

And I agree with what someone else said in a reply—

we fight each other because that’s more comfortable & familiar to us than fighting the power or facing the real enemies of working class & poor people

"My friend Tinu Abayomi-Paul, who has multiple disabilities and long COVID, told me, “Long COVID has stolen my life. I can barely work. I had all the vaccinations, my family masked. There’s no treatment. I am afraid of getting it again.

This wave or the next, it will kill me.”"

[Cakelin ~Offline for October~ @thecakelin]

Every accusation is a confession.

Stop fanning rage at DISABLED people.

"Quit posting forever" while you screenshot an article that quotes a disabled activist who DIED.

@Tinu will never post again. We miss her. Y'all took her from us.

[wear an N95 in public (ily) @hopelessxentric]

I literally mask because I love my life so very much and I believe the studies about covid and the personal testimonies of long covid sufferers. I'm so thankful they'd care enough to warn me.

@DeandaSharone @Olas_Truth @TonyFis98689085 @T_FisherKing I understand what your point of view is. My point of view is that it's reductive nonsense to blame activists, instead of a multibillion dollar presidential campaign where Harris spent more time chilling with Liz Cheney than outlining her policies. She lost on her own merit
