We appeal for you to immediately embark on the widely publicized tour to Helsinki, Stockholm, Kyiv, and Ankara, and there establish functional military cooperation among these countries (united by the fact that they are vitally interested in Russia not winning and not having influence over them) in order to create serious strategic and operational (and escalatory) dilemmas for Russia, as well as to significantly hinder the Americans from sacrificing the region's interests; for you to immediately make a decision on reviewing arms purchases and communicate this directly to the Americans' faces instead of writing these epistles on X, which evoke contempt from the Americans and deepen their disregard for Poland and its legitimate interests.

The most important decisions that history has placed before you are: command and communication systems independent of the Americans; targeting without the Americans, seeking our own control of escalation without American influence, convincing the Swedes to rotate a battalion/brigade into the Suwałki Gap, and for us to rotate our units to Gotland, including aviation to Swedish airfields —if such a need arises; deployment of Polish missile and drone systems on Hiiumaa and Saaremaa in the Gulf of Riga to threaten Russian maritime movement in the Gulf of Finland; building (mass and cheap) capabilities for conventional long-range strikes without American help—but with cooperation from Ukraine, Turkey, and Sweden; an agreement with Turkey on using rocket and drone training grounds in Turkey, as well as offensive cooperation with Turkish intelligence in the Caucasus and southern Russia; exchange of drone systems with Ukraine for the possibility of false flag operations; beginning planning for a naval, air, and land blockade of the Kaliningrad Oblast; immediate and publicly announced massive increase in salaries for researchers in Świerk near Warsaw, as well as in large-scale chemistry (the one we still have); establishing an experimental unit (battalion) in the Polish Army under the codename Kmicic-Babinicz with a charismatic commander in the style of the Russian Rubicon, with a high degree of training and procurement autonomy; immediate deregulation (and detachment from special services with their approvals, opinions, etc.) of robotics and drone capabilities, as well as dual-use technologies, and allowing private Polish capital/business there so that our business can finally get this segment on its feet in place of the inefficient Polish state in this regard; beginning preparations for active defense and our own hybrid offensive; seriously starting a debate on universal military service in the Republic of Poland, but on new principles that will radically change the Polish Army from its "feudal style," establishing a new citizen-state relationship, this time based on truth and genuine debriefing culture as well as modernity, in which Polish society operates after 35 years of transformation, but unfortunately the Polish Army does not, as you well know.

We are soon to be threatened by geopolitical blackmail/violence, to which we will have no response. We are also facing the war for which we are not prepared; there is no time to lose.

В комментариях был хороший вопрос, который теперь не могу найти, но смысл следующий — почему почти все современные ракету двухступенчатые, а тот же Saturn V был аж на 3. Почему так вышло?

Короткий ответ — земная гравитация та ещё сука (бессердечная), а лишний «жирок» в виде сухой массы самой ракеты сильно влияет на массу выводимой нагрузки. Да и с двигателями есть прикол.

Длинный ответ потребует парочку больших твитов.

Гравитация и плотная атмосфера Земли сильно влияют на возможности и облик ракет. Будь она процентов эдак на 10 слабее и воздух менее плотным, то и летали бы уже на системах из одной ступени. Будь на те же процентов 10 сильнее, то Saturn V выводил бы только маленькие спутники.

Разделение на ступени — вынуждение решение по сбросу лишней массы (это кстати когда-то была смелая инновация). Но тут столько тонкостей, что на множество книг хватит. Так что чтобы не тащить лишнее — проще простить и отпустить.

Но именно с Луны, где 1/6 земной гравитации и нет атмосферы, можно спокойно взлетать с 50%+ сухой и полезной массы, а топливо бы занимало меньше половины. А с Марса спокойно с помощью одной ступени.

Одноступенчатая система возможна и на Земле, но с двумя очень жирными «но»:
- Масса выводимой нагрузки была бы близкой к нулю. Мы и сейчас можем запустить ракету практически на орбиту и с одной ступенью, но без всего остального. Оптимизация одноступенчатой системы это боль.
- Потребовались бы достаточно экзотические технологии по ряду узлов. Вспоминаем X-33 с композитными бака��и и клиновоздушным двигателем (мы когда-нибудь поговорим про это). То есть экономически бы имело мало смысла. Система была бы дорогой, а выводила мало.

Но это только начало кроличьей норы.
