👩🏻 : There are a lot of things I want to do, but there are also a lot of things I don't want to do but have to do. In the middle of that gap, I'm curious about how I can overcome doing the things I don't want to do and manage to accomplish them.
🍒 : What are some things you really don't want to do but have to do?
👩🏻 : Well, I have student council work, and midterm exams aren't far away either, so there are a lot of small, tedious tasks
🍒 : I see. Ofcourse, right now I find doing my activities really fun and since I love music so much, I consider myself very lucky to have chosen this career. But even so, there are always tasks that you just don't want to do, right? In those moments, I try to find or create some form of enjoyment within those undesirable tasks. If you study simply to get good grades, it's bound to be boring if that's your only goal. What I find fun about studying lately is that there are so many things I didn't know. There's joy in discovering things I didn't know before and I feel enjoyment in solving those problems. Like leveling up in a game, if I think of it as continuously building up my experience points, even though part of me doesn't want to do it, I think positively that it's helping me and I am able to overcome it. Changing your thinking process a little bit will be helpful to some degree.
