@AzsethMi It is extremely hard, it is a razor's walk really. I'm kind of obsessed w/the Germanic style bottom-up democracy I experienced in Switzerland but I also understand that their case is so specialized to geography,topography,size,&population that it is nearly impossible to recreate.

AWESOME! Either EVERYONE has to register, or NO ONE registers. I would much prefer the latter, but for equality's sake this is necessary.
Bet that this will be what makes them completely abolish the draft here though now that women would be obligated.
