¿Habéis visto ya el documental PÍXEL A PÍIXEL: CRÓNICAS DEL VIDEOJUEGO ESPAÑOL? Pues... ¡ya tardáis si no!

Desde Save Games Studio hemos tenido el privilegio de participar en este proyecto tan especial, un recorrido emocionante que arranca en los primeros experimentos nacionales con píxeles y termina en la escena actual del desarrollo. Para el que esto suscribe, es en cierto modo la culminación de las décadas que por aquí lleva uno hablando de la historia del ocio electrónico.

¿Y qué más? Pues que en SAVE GAMES STUDIO (@SaveGamesStudio) hemos realizado todos los segmentos de animación en pixel art que veréis a lo largo del metraje. Resultado de la profesionalidad de nuestro equipo, con la dirección artística de Juan Alberto Brincau @Jabrinber, el arte y la animación pixel art de María Florencio Ramayo, Juan Antonio Gordillo Roldán y Nes García Martín, el montaje de Javier Martín Lucenaín y la producción de Fernando Rodrigo Olalla, coordinados por un servidor. Con esmero y pasión, este fantástico grupo de trabajo se ha cuidado cada detalle para que la narrativa visual conecte con la estética de la época retratada.

Además, he tenido el placer de trabajar, una vez más, junto a Jesús Relinque @PedjaPixeblog como asesor del documental, aportando contexto histórico, documentación, entrevistas y los no pocos años de experiencia que delatan mis canas, con el objetivo de que este viaje fuese lo más riguroso y evocador posible.

Es un orgullo formar parte de una obra que no solo rescata nuestra memoria digital, sino que también reivindica el valor cultural del videojuego como lenguaje, como industria... y como legado. Algo que hay que agradecer hasta el infinito y más allá a @tarkemoto, con mis apreciados Ángel Tirado y Antonio García firmando un material alucinante.
