@TOAdamVaughan@JohnLorinc@dgrdon@jackhauen This complex is one of the most hideous developments I've ever seen. Nothing about this is appropriate as a centrepiece for a world class city's waterfront. This should be tucked away into the city somewhere with Ontario Place a public park.
I bet if you dig into Premier Ford's playlists you'd find lots of songs by left leaning artists and he just doesn't realize it. Many great songs have often been built on political messages. If Taylor Swift supported Trump I doubt Ford would have anything to say about it.
NEW - Premier Ford praises Taylor Swift and the economic impact she will have on Toronto, calling her “ brilliant” but adds “She should stick with music, and let the other folks stick with what they do best” Swift recently endorsed Kamala Harris for US president.
First Ford tells teachers to "stick to their knitting"
Now he tells Taylor to "stick to music"
Hey Doug,
why don't you go back to your sticker business....we got this.

@MayorOliviaChow Exactly! Bike lanes can be debated at the municipal level and are regularly an election issue. If the province could focus on getting their transit projects working that would do far more to ease congestion than limiting the already small number of bike lanes.
I do not support limiting city powers. It’s always better when we work together to get things right. To tackle congestion and keep people safe on city roads we need all types of transportation. The Province should focus on their job of finally getting the Eglinton Crosstown and Finch West LRTs open, which will have a huge impact on congestion in our city.
Adam McNamara will send the Ontario Science Centre the $522,500 required to keep it open for 2024. All those summer children’s programs will not need to be cancelled/relocated. All those staff won’t be laid off or displaced at the 11th hour.
I’m retweeting this because I would like to see this happen. (And I know Adam, and I know he is serious.)
Would you like to see this happen?

I shed many tears while typing up these heart-wrenching text messages sent and received by UNC students yesterday. Our campus was on lockdown for more than three hours.
Beyond proud of this cover and the team behind it.

We have parts of the province without hydro, ppl waiting hours in E.R., kids in overcrowded classrooms, surgeries being cancelled, people going hungry, exhausted teachers, burnt out nurses, ppl with DA suffering and the only thing FORD can talk about is HIGHWAYS #VoteFordOutJune2
@KristinEff Third monitor is amazing. When I was still in the office I had the iMac in the middle and then a monitor in portrait orientation on either side.

People are asking me why I endorsed the use of "We're Not Gonna Take It" for the Ukrainian people and did not for the anti-maskers. Well, one use is for a righteous battle against oppression; the other is a infantile feet stomping against an inconvenience.
