More from DuckDB v2.0: (🦆🦆!)
Soon DuckDB will ship JSON functions that allow you to easily apply JSON patches. DuckDB’s JSON extension already covers reading JSON, extracting paths, applying RFC 7396 merge patches, and the usual scalar accessors.
The upcoming v2.0 release will extend it with 4 new scalar functions:
> `json_merge_patch_diff` computes the inverse of an RFC 7396 merge patch
> `json_deep_merge` applies patches with skip-on-null semantics
> `json_normalize` canonicalizes key order
> `json_strip_nulls` recursively removes null-valued keys
You can try these primitives today by installing the preview version of DuckDB v2.0-dev.

@ora600pl@Daniel_Wandern It's ok now, but I just want to note that patch line "if int(v) < 32 {" better be like "if int(v) == 0 || int(v) == 1 {" because in your case statements with new line will lose the rest after "\n"
@ora600pl@Daniel_Wandern I've got the same result from tracing jdbc:thin connection. Right now stado assumes that four bytes before sqltext is the length of statement which seems not the case for jdbc:thin.
