Nor did he attempt to take control of the situation or the employee. The young man was behaving ignorant, rude, belligerent and combative.

@Wendys Your employee was disrespectful and used profanity towards me in front of several children that were in the car. Then when I attempted to address the manager the young man interrupted me and the manager stood there and did nothing to represent Wendys
