@honestly1958 @mtpennycook You are correct, banks etc. lend for financial gain, but in this case the borrower has the funds. With BLT the tenant pays the landlord’s mortgage and when told to leave has nothing. The only one to gain is the landlord by preying on the less fortunate. This is my point.

@honestly1958 @mtpennycook No one 'lends' something for financial reward. Buy to let is as it states, not buy to have another pay off the mortgage then to be booted out when the one who borrowed the money wants to get his slice of the action. Totally immoral, sickening and selfish.
